Want to submit your own video?

You can create a three-minute video related to something you're learning in Principles and Choices, and submit it to us. Our judges will select the "best of the best," and will post winners on this page. There is no deadline, and videos will be constantly circulating, so check back frequently to view new videos, and to see if yours is a winner! We only accept videos by email. See the Guidelines to the right for video rules.

Guidelines

Instructions for submitting videos to the Principles & Choices Video Gallery:

  1. Email all video submissions to:
    videos -at- principlesandchoices.com
  2. Preferred format: .FLV (will accept .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, .MP4)
  3. Your video can be no longer than 3 minutes.
  4. Dimensions (maximum): 640x480.
  5. You must include your name, year of birth, home address (city, state and zip), telephone number and the name of your school in the body of the email. You must be 13 to 19 years old to be considered.
  6. In the subject line of your email include a title for your video.
  7. Include the following originality statement in the body of your email: "This will certify that the attached work is completely original," followed by your full name to affirm this is your work.
  8. Video submissions must not contain someone else's or copyrighted work, such as music videos or movie clips.
  9. We will not post videos that we deem to be promoting or advertising a website, product, or company.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any info or video submitted. Inappropriate text, images or video will be rejected without notice. Submission does not guarantee publication.
  11. By submitting a video, you acknowledge that your video will become the property of Principles and Choices, and agree that it will be copyrighted by Healing the Culture.
