Returns Policy


Healing the Culture has a clear policy on the return of our books and resources. To ensure a swift response to your returns request, please read through the returns conditions below and ensure that these conditions are met.

 Our return policy:

  • Call our toll free customer service department at (855) 664-6598 and have your invoice number available for Return Authorization. No credit will be granted for shipping and handling except for defective materials or errors on the part of Healing the Culture.
  • Orders returned without a return authorization will be refused.
  • Videos, DVDs, and CDs may be returned if found defective for replacement only.
  • Books and other materials may be returned within 90 days of purchase. No more than 10% of your order may be returned.
  • Product must be purchased directly from Healing the Culture. If you purchased product from other suppliers, such as a distributor, that product must be returned directly to that supplier under their guidelines.
  • All materials must be returned prepaid. Please package materials carefully. Credit will only be issued for products that are in sellable condition. Healing the Culture is not responsible for damages caused to materials in shipment.

If I return product, does Healing the Culture give credit for shipping?
If you ordered too much product or changed your mind, credit is not given for shipping and handling. That balance will remain on your account.

When and how are "call tags" issued?
A call tag is a prepaid label that is sent to the customer when Healing the Culture is paying for the shipping of the product back to the distribution center. If Healing the Culture is not paying for the product to be returned, then the customer is responsible for those shipping costs.

Do I need a return authorization for a damaged or defective product return or a product shipped in error?
No. If the product is damaged or defective when shipped to you, please contact Customer Service immediately at (855) 664-6598. The Customer Service Representative handling the call may issue credit without having the physical product returned, or may send you a replacement. If the product needs to be returned, the Customer Service Representative will coordinate having the product picked up and returned to Healing the Culture at our expense.
